Are you an accomplished Chef looking for a new and exciting challenge working in a high volume fresh food environment?

You will need to work to the highest standards at all times and in return we offer fantastic working conditions and the chance to develop your career further.

The Oyster Catcher was fully refurbished to a high standard in May 2008. Now a classic British carvery but with a contemporary twist, offering light and airy surroundings with comfortable modern furniture. More orientated towards relaxed adult dining, there is a sumptuous feel with walls decorated in creams, sage green, deep plum and chocolate brown.

We are proud of the fact we use only the best quality British meats on the Carvery and all of the mains on the menu are cooked from fresh to order.

As Chef you will have at least 1 year’s proven experience in a similar role.

As Chef you will assist the Kitchen Manager, contributing to the success of the business on a day to day basis.

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a Carvery operation .

You will enjoy working under pressure at peak times coupled with the responsibility of managing targeted GP’s through superb kitchen practices.
